Content Marketing Manager

This role is responsible for driving market awareness and attracting client prospects through the creation and distribution of targeted content assets. While we imagine that this role will likely grow and evolve over time to encompass a broader range of marketing and PR related responsibilities the following framework outlines our initial needs.


  • Research specific industries and markets along with tech and business trends to establish a sharable knowledge base
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop agency positions on key topics
  • Author content to spark interest and foster relationships with relevant parties
  • Manage the creation and distribution of key content assets that support PR and marketing goals
  • Lead efforts to publish and distribute content and media assets
  • Provide regular metrics and feedback on what's working and ideas around ways to optimize what's not


  • Bachelor degree in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, or similar along with at least three years experience producing or editing copy professionally is preferred
  • Skilled at writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy
  • Abile to create content assets that align to the agency’s brand, culture, capabilities, differentiators, and aspirations
  • Experienced at editing and proofreading to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Highly creative, imaginative, curious, and determined
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and work well with a range of creative types
  • Highly self-motivated, well organised, and possessing good project management instincts (if not actual PM experience)

As a design consultancy focused on emerging experiences you’ll need a love of technology and the creative process. We see a lot of potential for this role and believe it has the opportunity to transform into a more full featured Marketing Manager position over time. This is a new position for the organization so we’re open to both applicants looking for part time and contract-to-hire opportunities.
